CNC Bending and Forming for Flagstaff

Brackets, channels and covers formed to your drawings in Phoenix and delivered to Flagstaff projects.

Formed Parts for Flagstaff Projects

Northern Arizona work puts steel through freeze-thaw cycles and snow load, and exterior parts are specified with that in mind. Flagstaff buyers tend to send a drawing for something that has to fit an existing opening or frame, with little room to trim on site.

Brackets, cleats, channels, rails, covers and enclosure parts are formed from blanks cut in the same shop or supplied by you. A CNC press brake sets ram position, backgauge and crowning once and repeats them for the run, so a multi-bend part holds its sequence from the first article to the last.

The brake carries 135 metric tons (approx. 149 US tons) over a 3,000 mm (118 in) bend length, with 2,550 mm (100.4 in) between the frames, forming steel, stainless steel and aluminum.

Benefits

Bends that repeat across the run

You order parts that fit together on the bench, not parts that have to be pushed into place. Ram position, backgauge and crowning are set once and repeated for every piece, so a multi-bend part holds its sequence from the first article to the last.

Materials

The materials we form

Blanks in the common fabrication grades are formed on the press brake.

  • Carbon steel
  • Stainless steel
  • Aluminum
  • Light gauge sheet through plate
  • Blanks cut here or supplied by you
  • Bend details confirmed per part at quote

Send the material, thickness and bend detail. Anything beyond the brake is quoted on another machine rather than guessed at.
