Metal Fabrication for Industrial Plants and Equipment
Replacement components, brackets, guards, frames and supports for plant equipment, fabricated at our Phoenix, Arizona shop from a drawing, a sample or the dimensions you provide.
Fabrication capabilities for plant equipment
Plant work usually starts with something that has failed, worn out, or is no longer available from the original supplier. A guard, a mounting bracket, a support frame, a spacer plate, a chute or a machine cover is drawn to the dimensions you supply, then cut, formed and welded in one shop.
Plate up to 4 in is cut, drilled, tapped and beveled on the five-axis plasma table, lighter guards are formed on the 135-ton CNC press brake, and profiles are cut and coped on the tube processor and beamline. Because those operations sit together, a mixed-thickness assembly does not need splitting across suppliers.

Services these components move through
Replacement parts follow the same route as new ones: cut, formed, welded and finished under one quote, from a drawing the shop keeps on file.
Heavy plate, thick-section welding and profile work all have published limits. They are listed on the specifications page, and a part that sits outside them is identified during the review rather than after the cut.
Built around uptime
From a sample if needed
A worn part is measured and drawn before anything is cut, so an unavailable component is replaced rather than redesigned.
Mixed-thickness assemblies
A heavy base plate and lighter formed guards stay on one order instead of two suppliers and two delivery dates.
Shutdown windows
Quantities and dates are quoted together, so a planned outage is scheduled against the shop rather than after the PO arrives.
Wear parts on file
Consumable and wear components stay on file with their drawings, ready for the next reorder without re-drawing.
Components plants order
Part types that keep equipment running, whether the replacement is one unit or a set held for the next outage.
- Guards and machine covers
- Mounting brackets and support frames
- Base plates, spacer plates and shims
- Chutes, hoppers and duct components
- Access steps and platform components
- Replacement parts for discontinued equipment
Components can be ordered as a single replacement, a matched set for a shutdown, or a standing reorder for wear parts. A drawing, a sketch with the critical dimensions, or the failed part with its measurements marked are all workable starting points. Where the same part is consumed regularly, repeat production keeps it on file instead of re-drawing it each time.

Let’s talk about your project
Send the drawing, the failed part or the dimensions, with the date the line needs to be running again.
Consumables, spares and the next outage
Where a part is consumed, the useful conversation is about how many a year and when they are needed, not one unit at a time. The drawing is kept, the quantity is re-quoted against current material, and the run is scheduled before the part runs out.
Coating and finish on plant components is handled through coordinated finishing, so guards and covers leave the shop ready to fit rather than waiting on a separate finisher.
Questions buyers ask
Usually. The sample is measured and drawn, and the critical dimensions and fits are confirmed with you before the drawing goes to the shop.
Yes. Material is quoted with the component in carbon steel, stainless steel or aluminum. Customer-supplied material is accepted where it is called out at quoting.
Where the coating is specified or a sample is supplied, finishing partners are asked to match it, and the match is confirmed before the run.
Dates are quoted with the price. If the window is tight, say so at quoting and the schedule is planned around it rather than adjusted afterwards.
Fabricated in Phoenix. Delivered to Your Project.
Components are fabricated at the Phoenix, Arizona shop. Plant work for Mesa and the East Valley is quoted around the dates you give, heavier components for Glendale are handled with lifting equipment on delivery, and orders anywhere in Arizona ship from the shop.
Send the drawings, material, quantity and the date you need the parts, and the scope is reviewed against what the shop can produce.
