Tube, Pipe and Beam Processing for Chandler Projects
Tube, pipe and structural profiles cut, coped and marked in Phoenix, for Chandler frames, rails, supports and equipment builds.
Prepared Profiles for Chandler Assemblies
Chandler orders are usually frame and rail sets, equipment stands, brace sets and platform parts cut from a parts list. Saddle cuts, cope joints, holes and notches come off one program, so joints close on the bench instead of being trimmed to fit after delivery.
Beams run on a beamline that cuts to length, copes, bevels and marks in one automated pass, with drilling available in the same setup. This is cutting and preparation: tube bending is not an operation we run, and we supply fabricated parts rather than erect on site.

- Round tube 0.75 in to 6 in OD; square, rectangle, angle and channel 1 in to 4 in
- Profile height to 18 in, width to 41 in, stock to 60 ft
- Tube wall 1/32 in to 5/8 in; profile material 1/8 in to 3-1/8 in
- Cutting, coping, beveling, drilling, etching and marking
Joints that close without hand fitting
You order a profile set that goes together, not a pile of square-cut ends to trim on the bench. Every piece of the parts list comes off the same program, so coped ends and layout marks arrive ready for welding.

Cutting and coping are the preparation, and the assembly is built here when you want it welded too.

The profiles we process
Structural and mechanical profiles, cut and coped to a programmed shape.
- Round tube and pipe
- Square and rectangular tube
- Angle, channel and flat bar
- I and H sections, angle and T-profile
- Stock lengths to 60 ft
- Wall thickness 1/32 in to 5/8 in on tube
Send the parts list with profile sizes, and the profile ends are quoted as cut, coped and marked.

Industries We Serve
The same coped profile shows up differently by sector. These are the industries we fabricate for and what the work looks like in each.
Industrial Operations
Machine frames, railings and stands cut and coped so assemblies sit square.
Industrial plants and equipmentCommercial Construction
Structural supports, saddles and frame parts cut and marked for welding.
Commercial constructionManufacturing and OEMs
Tube and profile sets for equipment builds, cut to a parts list.
Manufacturing and OEMsData Centers
Pipe supports, rack frames and skid members for equipment rooms.

Sending a profile set from Chandler
Send the parts list with profile sizes, wall thickness, quantity and the date the set is needed. Include the connection detail where a cope or saddle has to match a specific joint, so the cut is programmed to the joint rather than to a square end.
Profiles are processed in Phoenix and delivered to Chandler as a set. Where the frames are welded here, they are built from the same release and ship as finished units.
Profiles are processed at the Phoenix, Arizona shop and delivered to Chandler. Cut sets can continue to welding and assembly before shipping.
