Laser Cutting Services for Surprise

Laser-cut brackets, mounting plates and component kits for Surprise construction phases, fabricated to your drawing list in Phoenix.

Mounting Kits With Quantities Defined by Project Phase

For a construction phase with repeated mounting details, send a part schedule showing how many of each bracket or plate belong in one set and how many sets are required now. Separate phase quantities from total-project quantities so the quote does not assume the entire development is released at once.

Mark any mounting detail that differs between buildings or equipment locations and give it its own drawing reference. Identify the material, thickness and any forming or welding on the same request. This path supplies the component kit, not a complete entry feature, screen system or installation package.

  • Thickness from light gauge to 1 in (25.4 mm), confirmed per material at quote
  • 6 kW fiber laser with a 5 ft x 10 ft cutting bed
  • Part numbers and bend lines etched during the cut
  • Carbon steel, stainless steel, galvanized steel, aluminum, copper and brass
Benefits

A cut part that is ready for its next operation

You order a finished cut part, not a blank that still needs work. It leaves the table from the file you approved, etched with its number and ready for forming or welding, and the first article and the production run follow the same route.

What arrives is a part ready for its next step, not a blank waiting on someone else.

Materials

The materials we cut

The 6 kW fiber laser runs the common sheet and plate grades used in fabricated components.

  • Carbon steel sheet and plate
  • Stainless steel
  • Galvanized steel
  • Aluminum
  • Copper and brass
  • Thickness confirmed per material at quote

Send the material and thickness with the drawing. Where a grade or thickness suits another process, the part is routed to the plasma table and quoted that way.
