Laser Cutting Services for Florence
Sheet and plate components cut to your drawings in Phoenix and delivered to Florence projects, with forming and welding available on the same release.
Cut Parts Delivered to Florence
Florence orders come from municipal, institutional and industrial work, where a drawing is issued for review and the part has to hold to it. Replacement components for equipment already in service are also common, and those start from a sample or a measured sketch.
Brackets, mounting plates, gussets, guards and replacement covers are cut from the revision you approve, with no tooling to produce first, so one part and the next batch follow the same program. Part numbers and bend lines are etched during the cut so a set can be checked against the drawing before it ships.
The laser holds finer detail and closer fits than plasma where the material suits, from light gauge to 1 in (25.4 mm) on a 6 kW machine with a 5 ft x 10 ft bed. Anything needing a bevel or a machined hole is quoted on the five axis plasma table instead, and most parts continue to forming or welding in the same shop.

- Thickness from light gauge to 1 in (25.4 mm), confirmed per material at quote
- 6 kW fiber laser with a 5 ft x 10 ft cutting bed
- Part numbers and bend lines etched during the cut
- Carbon steel, stainless steel, galvanized steel, aluminum, copper and brass
A cut part that is ready for its next operation
You order a finished cut part, not a blank that still needs work. It leaves the table from the file you approved, etched with its number and ready for forming or welding, and the first article and the production run follow the same route.

The materials we cut
The 6 kW fiber laser runs the common sheet and plate grades used in fabricated components.
- Carbon steel sheet and plate
- Stainless steel
- Galvanized steel
- Aluminum
- Copper and brass
- Thickness confirmed per material at quote
Send the material and thickness with the drawing. Where a grade or thickness suits another process, the part is routed to the plasma table and quoted that way.

Ordering for a Florence project
Send the drawing or DXF, the material and thickness, the quantity and the date the parts are needed on site. Where the same part will be ordered again, say so with the first order: the drawing is kept with it, so a repeat run does not start from a fresh file.
Fabrication is in Phoenix. Florence deliveries are quoted with the order and travel by freight, so the price received covers the parts and the delivery rather than leaving freight to be arranged separately.
