Production runs and repeat orders
Production Runs and Repeat Orders for Surprise
Order the next batch of defined mounting parts and component sets for Surprise projects, with quantities and revisions identified for each phase.
Made in Phoenix, Arizona. Shipped anywhere in the US.

How it works
Same three steps whether it is your first order or your tenth.
- Step 1
You send drawings
A drawing, DXF or DWG with the material, thickness, quantity and the date you need parts. No drawing? A sample or a sketch with measurements is fine.
- Step 2
We quote the quantity
We price the part at the quantity you ask for. Ask about two quantities and you can compare a small batch with a larger one, and tell us what you expect to need later.
- Step 3
We make and ship
Parts are cut, formed and welded in Phoenix, then shipped to you. If a drawing changes, tell us before the run and it is quoted from the new revision; if a date moves, tell us and we say what is achievable.

Release the Next Phase Without Reusing an Obsolete Detail
A later construction phase may repeat some components while changing others. Reference the earlier order, list the current revision of every part and identify which quantities are authorised now. Do not assume that a drawing approved for the first building also governs the next one.

Cut plates
Flat parts cut from sheet, with slots, holes and rounded corners.

Frames and racks
Steel frames cut, welded and squared up as a matching set.

Brackets
Laser-cut arms welded to a box-section base, made as a set.

Bollards
Steel bollards cut and welded to match each other.
Who sends us repeat work
Keep the project forecast separate from the purchase release and give the date and destination for each requested batch. KorFab reviews the fabrication and schedule per order; no reserved capacity, standing delivery cadence or stored inventory is implied. The buying value here is phase-specific release control rather than a generic repeat-parts description.
Manufacturers and OEMs
Brackets, plate parts and sub-assemblies you need again as you keep building.
Factories and plants
Replacement parts for equipment, needed again when stock runs low.
Construction companies
The same connection parts and supports, repeated across phases of a job.
Other fabrication shops
Overflow or second-source work, quoted to your drawings.
