Feature wall panels are laser-cut from architectural-grade aluminum (5052-H32), mild steel, or Corten weathering steel, then finished with Cardinal powder coat in any standard color, raw mill finish, or clear coat for Corten. Standoff mounting creates a dimensional floating effect with biophilic shadow patterns; direct mounting delivers a flush installation. Every panel is fabricated to specification and inspected before it leaves the Phoenix floor.
