What can KorFab build that is not in your catalog?
Almost any custom metal part or product — AC and equipment screens, fence and wall upgrades, gates, privacy and shade solutions, Jeep and off-road racks, storage systems, brackets and frames, patio features, signage, architectural accents, specialty construction components, replacement parts, commercial fixtures, prototypes, and repeatable kits. If it can be cut, formed, and welded from metal, we can usually build it.
What files or inputs can I bring to start?
You can bring a production-ready CAD file (DXF, DWG, STEP, PDF), a hand sketch with dimensions, a photo of a part or space, a physical sample to replicate or improve, or simply a description of the problem. We help turn any of these into a fabrication-ready solution.
What materials and finishes are available?
Common materials include 5052-H32 aluminum, mild steel A36, Corten steel, and stainless steel. Finishes include powder coat (black, bronze, white), raw mill finish, and clear coat for Corten. We will recommend the right combination for your environment and goal.
Can I order one piece or do I need a large quantity?
Both. We build one-of-a-kind residential, commercial, and automotive pieces, and we produce repeatable parts and kits for ongoing or multi-location projects. Tell us your quantity and whether it is one-time or repeatable.
Do you deliver outside of Phoenix?
Yes — it doesn't matter where you are. KorFab fabricates in Phoenix, Arizona and delivers nationwide. We ship panels, components, and repeatable kits anywhere in the United States, not just locally or statewide. Most custom orders are ready to deliver in about a week. We do not have offices in other cities; we serve them through fabrication and nationwide shipping. Wherever your project is, we can build it and get it to you.
