Materials, Forming, Welding, Finishing
Components move through connected processes in one Phoenix facility. Plates are laser or plasma cut, then formed on a press brake, then welded into assemblies, then finished with powder coat. Keeping those steps with one manufacturer means one accountable partner and fewer handoffs between vendors.
Common materials include mild steel, aluminum, stainless steel, and Corten. Finishes include Cardinal powder coat, raw mill finish, and clear coat. If you are not certain about material or finish, describe the environment and the load and we will recommend the right combination.
What to Send
Send your drawing or specification, the quantity, the material and thickness, the finish, and the required delivery date. CAD files produce the fastest quotes, but sketches, photos with dimensions, and physical samples all work. The Component RFQ Guide covers the details that help us quote cleanly the first time.
